Watched a documentary called Hate.Com : Extremists on the Internet.
WOW. JUST, WOW. It features these people that believe that they (white people) are the superior “race” and that they should and basically have the right to rule the world or whatever. And the film talks about how they have utilized the internet to get their message out there. Such sites like stormfront.
I don’t think that there is any one “race” that is better or worse than all the others. We’re all a part of the human race. That’s it.
The professor asked us if sites like that should be allowed and many, if not all, said no. But he brought up free speech and I do feel conflicted about that. People should be allowed to think, feel, and say whatever they want, right? But I think that there are limits and there shouldn’t be any sites that promote violence and hatred.
